Because We Care

All of our Items are shipped Over Night VIA Fed Ex Delivery.

we do require a Direct signature so we will verify with you before we ship that there will be an adult at your address to sign for that Package.

Our Luxury Products are packed Beautifully so you will be Wowed from the moment you get it.  

Return Policy

What You Need to Know

Most of our Items are Custom Made to you when you order it. 

and therefore we do not accept Returns on Items.

There are exceptions to this and we will discuss this with you if the need arises   

Warranty Disclaimer

Essential Information

We stand behind our Craftmanship and Product.

and All of our Items come with a General Warranty for 3 years for any stones that might fall off your Item due to a manufacturing Defect.

We will also Resize and repair any damage to your Item during this Time.

This DOES NOT replace the need to Insure your ring in which we highly Recommend

If you lost your Item or Damaged it, you will need insurance to have that covered
